Does anyone know of a company that makes a bumper made for or easily adaptive to flat tow.
I have the plastic bumper now.

I would presume if you went to any of the RV tow bar manufacturer's websites, they would list what brackets they have available for Broncos. They likely have something for every bumper combination.

The ones I've looked at make you lose the recovery D rings and would like to keep those

In that case I would presume you're going to need to have custom ones made. I don't think anyone has something like that.

Now, IAG did just come out with some new brackets that replace the D rings for the Capable bumper, that allow it to have other aftermarket components like a bull bar or light brackets (not sure if they're available for purchase yet, the bull bars are out for testing on customer vehicles. They have a single hole in them for clevises. I don't know how well they would work for a tow bar, but they might be an option if you want to fab something together. I don't know how well they'd work with the Plastic bumper.

If you have D-rings on your bumper, it's a metal 'capable' bumper, not plastic. In that case, we will be offering recovery points for that bumper that will replace the D-rings, but allow a spot for more standard shackles. They would work perfect for flat towing as they were tested and withstood over 4X the vehicles weight. We will be releasing the product starting at Super Celebration towards the end of April. They are 400 series stainless steel and will be available in black, red, orange and blue.

Most after market bumpers have a ring mount for shackles which could be used for flat towing depending on how much you trust them. I have a Black Horse (also sold as Barricade) that has shackle mounts. Then you just need tow bar to shackle mount adapters.

I got my Blue Ox bases before my bumper so I lost my tow loops, When I got the bumper I kept the Blue Ox bases and used Shackles on the bumper. An advantage to me is the Blue Ox bases are lower than the shackle mounts so it lines up with my Motorhome hitch better.

Thanks for the info do you have a pic of the bronco before you changed the bumper with the tow points?

Rocky-in-AR,
LOD off road is setup for flat towing. I have the bumper installed but haven't completed my setup.

Nice, what model number & where did ya purchase? Did you have an issue with the front suspension dropping much? I'm looking to stiffen front - !ddition of bumper & winch& rear with pulling small trailer & hauling stuff in cargo area.
Thanks
