Has anyone else been having issues with the Ford App not working for adding service records? I have been trying for 2 days and it just says “something went wrong try again later”. I even tried installing it on another device and got the same issue, hopefully it is fixed soon.

The app has had glitches in the past. Then corrects at a later date.

Is there any reason directly related to warranty approval from logging maintenance virtually? I use a dedicated memo book right now.

Nothing that I am aware of, just makes it easier for me to remember where I have the info at, and my wife won’t accidentally throw it away!

Dry erase board hanging in the garage is how I keep the data. Each vehicle with what type filter, wrench size, mileage and when the next maintenance is due. Not only is it efficient but it looks old school cool. And the only glitch is if I lose the marker or it runs out of ink. Easily remedied.

I haven't been able to add my own records for over a year. The button to add them disappeared with an update and never came back on my Android phone.

I completely agree with you on that thinking. My wife likes to keep my mind sharp by hiding everyday items from me. 🤣

My new issue is that it still gives a TPMS warning for low tire pressure after airing down last weekend for a trip, even though the pressures have been back to normal for 6 days and show as such in the app.🤷

Often have to go up above the recommended pressure - like as much as 5 psi or so to get the light to clear, then can bleed back down.

Haven’t had to do that before, and my TPMS threshold is set at 30 via ForScan, and I run 35. Definitely something not updating between the app and vehicle. But really it’s not a big deal for me!
