How many are flat towing their Bronco with the Mod. Bumper and stock Performance D-Rings. Is this a long term safe method?

Thanks, I have been flat towing my jeep for the last 32 years. I do use a loadmaster tow bar, a brake buddy, and do keep it as level as possible. Just curious about using the performance d-rings how that I have switched to a bronco. I did order the frame horn kit.I would consider one of the frame horn reinforcement kits and a high rated tow bar. Along with a good braking and breakaway system. These are very heavy with allot of twisting forces from the tow vehicle. Picture the tail wag effect steering down the road and corning. Keep your tow bar as flat as possible.
Did you add the frame horn reinforcement kit before towing?I have 30k miles on the Bronco, '22 Badlands, with extensive flat towing with no issues. I use the D ring tabs on the bumper. I also have an Air Force One brake system.
I'm probably approaching 10k miles of flat towing my 24 Bad Lands SAS using the D rings. I did install the LOD bumper reinforcement brackets. I also use an auxiliary braking system and a Roadmaster all-terrain tow bar. I did need to purchase the adapters for the Roadmaster tow bar to attach to the d-ring.
Do you have to pull the 60amp fuses if using an aux. braking system on a 2024 with 2.7 auto. The first time I flat towed, the brakes locked up with the fuses installed. The flat towed instructions do not mention having to pull them.I'm probably approaching 10k miles of flat towing my 24 Bad Lands SAS using the D rings. Thanks, I have the brake buddy and will have to play with it. I thought I read that they disable the electronic booster when it’s in the flat tow mode. The Bronco is not a vacuum system it’s an electronic booster so when setting up the brake system do not choose vacuum booster. I use the setting for panic braking only and do not have any issues, There has been a lot of discussion on this topic, I have the RVI 3 brake and I’m still fine tuning for what works best.
Broncos with the 2.3 up until last year are vacuum, so follow the vacuum procedure on those. The Bronco is not a vacuum system it’s an electronic booster so when setting up the brake system do not choose vacuum booster.
