It depends on what bumper you have. You may just need adapters to pin to your recovery hooks. Or change your current recovery hooks to the style most aftermarket have. Or buy base plates, but they are pricey.
There are multiple threads on this forum that discuss options.
I simply bought adapters to adapt my Blue Ox tow bar to my aftermarket bumper. I think they were $60

You really need to put “Flat Tow” in the search (titles only) and read up on issues and setups. It may scare you into not wanting to flat tow it. Or it will at least prompt you to document every time you put it in neutral tow so you have ammunition in case you have a transmission issue and need to get it warrantied.

I have seen some of the posts on flat towing and many are scary. I flat towed my jeep previously without any issues and have been flat towing my F250 for 3 years no issues but wondering if I made a mistake buying Bronco with some of threads I read.

You don't need a Baseplate if you have the modular bumper. Mine is a Badlands. I use a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar and the Demco Stay 'N Play Duo auxiliary brakes. Depending on the receiver height on the motorhome and the level of the front hookups on the Bronco, get the riser to get the tow bar level as possible.
