Ordered the Havoc Bender Front Bumper the other day. Received the notice it had been shipped. It arrived in Waycross GA which is their hub that delivers to my area. Package showed weighing 76 pounds and was out for delivery.

Later I get a notice the package was delayed and returned back to the Waycross facility due to a delivery exception. Next day it shows the package was sent to Tallahassee FL and out for delivery. Later ANOTHER delivery exception and returned back to Tallahassee facility.

Next day it's BACK in Waycross and out for delivery, but now suddenly the weight has changed from 76 pounds to 26 pounds. I then get the notification it's been delivered. And FedEx sends me this picture to confirm delivery:

🤣 That doesn't look like a bumper to me. Turned out to be a Fly Wheel that was supposed to go to Michigan. 😵💫

FedEx tells me nothing they can do because the delivery is complete, and that this was a shipper issue.

I just wanted to say Havoc's customer service has been awesome so far. Still waiting to hear back from them but they said they'll make things right. 👍

Is the address on the wrong package your address?
It says "Relabel Barcode Quality" and has my info on that one, but when you peel it off they put it over the original tracking slip showing where it was SUPPOSED to go for the poor guy missing a fly wheel now.

Hate FedEx, they pull that kind of crap all the time here with deliveries. Last issue I had they put a refrigerated package under my porch because they didn't want to climb the stairs to leave it by the door, no notice, I found it 3 days later.I 've asked businesses that I order from to ship UPS whenever I can.

Thanks, that makes what happened a little more clear.
Fingers crossed that it still shows up, Havoc seems to be on the ball with trying to track it down or send another bumper.

Just hate knowing my bumper is just out their floating around in Narnia and no one has a clue where it went.

Yeah I wasn't too excited when I saw they were the ones bringing it and my concerns were justified. 🤦

I always have my stuff shipped to a location for pick up or my work that way I can refuse delivery!
I normally do that as well, I have no idea why I chose my home address this time. Never again.

Yeah... I think it'll get sorted out But it will have to be driven from the vendor side.

Post office ripped me off a few months back by not providing the delivery confirmation I paid extra for and refused to give me a refund AND they would not honor the insurance because the contents had no actual market value just sentimental. They flat out sad The deliveries are not guaranteed even though I paid for it.

I think you'll have better luck with FedEx... hopefully!

I feel your pain!
Unfortunately, I've had the same kind of issues with UPS. My most recent UPS debacle was that I had to open a complaint in order for UPS to be able to tell me anything about my shipment. After the complaint was filed, shipping information miraculously become available and the package was delivered in 2 days.

All shipping companies have their issues. I ship daily on UPS, FedEx, XPO and they find a way to screw things up every now and then. At least the vendor recognizes it and is handling. Sucks that you have to wait, though.

i work for fedex, i dont know what happened in this situation but i have ordered things and received the wrong item even though the label was correct. a relabel could be caused by many different factors, shipping express but didnt drop off on same shipped date, barcode label quality issues, which looked like the reason above. if you want to send me your tracking numbers on the package, relabel should be the same, i can take a look and see if i see anything to help you out.
