I don’t think I noticed it in our 24 until tonight when I had the music off and went from Sport to Eco and had the noise disappear instantly.

Do you know if it’s also on the 2022 Raptor with Lux? If so, is the Forscan change the same on Raptor? ThanksYes, it's a real thing, and frankly the overwhelming majority of people have no idea. Usually it doesn't come up until they go to upgrade their sound system, screw up their gain structures on their amps, and suddenly the engine sounds MUCH louder than it was before. It's called "Engine Sound Enhancement" or ESE for short.
@Brian_B is correct. For the Bronco....
- 2021, 2022, 2023 : Lux package only
- 2024+ : All equipment packages
Yes and yes.Do you know if it’s also on the 2022 Raptor with Lux? If so, is the Forscan change the same on Raptor? Thanks
Thanks…do you happen to have a link to a ForScan device I can purchase for the Bronco.Yes and yes.
I have the Bosch MasterTech II, but there are many options. Thanks…do you happen to have a link to a ForScan device I can purchase for the Bronco.
pre-recorded.So, is it real engine noise that is picked up via a microphone (or some other electro-aural pickup) processed and piped into the sound system, or is it a pre-recorded audio file of engine noise that is being played?
how real is it?
Thankfully, I only ordered the High package. That would drive me crazy having an artificial sound pumped into my truck.Do you know if it’s also on the 2022 Raptor with Lux? If so, is the Forscan change the same on Raptor? Thanks
Most likely the programming isn't apart of your Audio Control Module. So curious, could one with a High package enable the artificial engine sounds? Not saying I want to keep the sound, but curious of what it sounds like, especially with an upgraded sound system.
