In a convoluted way, I feel my Everglades compares to the Ineos Grenadier, but it costs far less money, has solid after-sales support and lacks the quirks.

This video, from 13:05, explains the Everglade's story in a nutshell.

I am an enthusiast. Ford knew what I wanted. And I bought it.

Looks like your build is coming along! I’ve not done any functional upgrades yet, started with protection and will go from there. As of this morning here is what it’s looking like. Had the decal removed and replaced with a script badge and had a custom sasquatch vinyl made for the side where the waterline was from the original decal.

The Carbon Grey looks nice, what does the waterline sticker you added say?
My next upgrade will be a skid to cover the plastic trans pan. It looks to vulnerable to stick/branch puncture. You never know whats under the dirty water down here.

The sticker just says "SASQUATCH" like the original sticker said at that level. & Yeah I've been looking at adding a transmission skid and some skids for the lower control arms.

I agree with you, Ford built what I said I wanted if the Bronco returned. I am enjoying it every drive, dirt or pavement. I feel I'm obligated to drive in the forest once a week now, and its a lot of fun.

Happened again this morning………….got into my Everglades and the front of the drivers side $160 optional non-carpet floor mat slides over to the right causing the rear of the mat to disconnect from the rear anchor points (I use the word “anchor” generously and loosely). This thin mat simply doesn’t stay in place atop the slippery rubberized floor. Not the best design.
I’m about at the point of ordered front mats from Weathertech.

Mine do not move at all, perhaps your putting more sideways pressure on the mat than I do. Maybe a different technique to foot placement while climbing in?
Given the option I would have went Weathertech however these were in mine when I bought off the lot. I have no complaints with mine.
