Had Off-Road Warehouse ordered OE model bumper. Brought bronco in for install.
Received a phone call from front counter at ORW that the bumper is damaged. Luckily technician had not taken OEM bumper off yet. He was smart to view the new bumper before starting the job.
DV8 does a great job packaging product before it is delivered. Witnessed this when the license plate bracket was taken out of the box. Issue is why was this bumper even shipped with damage.
I have half a day unproductive and rideshare $50 plus because the shipping department at DV8 was careless. The damage isnāt in a position on the bumper that wouldāve been caused by FEDEX. The box was not damaged.
Off-Road Warehouse is shipping all products back. I personally called DV8 to see if they would overnight a new bumper and they responded itās too costly to do so.
I hope DV8 sees this thread and acts appropriately. Make good on my wasted time and money lost.
