Wow thats awesome….it’s not like that in jersey!!!No sales tax in Arizona on a private party sale. The state got their pound of flesh when it sold the first time.

The boss said I could have any color except VB. Her F-150 is VB and apparently we are NOT allowed to match.Velocity Blue is the best color! I went with Race Red only because I already have a F150 in VB.
That’s a great idea and I was wondering what I might lose out on in this process if I didn’t understand everything with the resale process. You should negotiate the initial buyer’s registration fees back out of the $5K you are paying him, the state will refund his fees when you buy the truck and you will get to pay them again. Registration in AZ on a $60K truck is over $1K.
I’m not sure. Honestly I feel like I could just give the dealership a cashier’s check for the full amount in my name and they shouldn’t care whose name is on the check as long as they are getting paid. Then wondering if they can just put the title in my name right there. Similar to how a parent would buy their kid a car I guess. If that doesn’t work, I believe it’s only a few bucks to transfer a title in my state anyway. When he buys it, can you buy it and title it together, then remove him after? I'd go for it. VB and Roost is a great combo.
If the vehicle is financed this won’t work. You can’t drop a titled owner while a vehicle is still being paid for. Cash deal, this would be a plan. When he buys it, can you buy it and title it together, then remove him after? I'd go for it. VB and Roost is a great combo.
If financing is required, maybe he could refinance after in order to remove him.If the vehicle is financed this won’t work. You can’t drop a titled owner while a vehicle is still being paid for. Cash deal, this would be a plan.
