Thanks, I may take you up on that. I have a piece of stainless I think will work if I just trim it up a bit. Waiting until I get one of these to make sure it will all line up though.
Removal of the factory 3rd brake light may generate BCM errors though is the issue. It's not that we don't have an option is we don't want customers to have errors removing their factory 3rd brake light.

@Ratfink33Our SS10 Chase Light mounting brackets are in production! This is actually a U Bracket that allows you to mount the SS10 Chase light bar pretty much anywhere. The SS10 Chase Bar does NOT work with the existing Diode Dynamics SS10 U Brackets, so we decided to make a new one. DD is developing their own but that takes time for them to go into mass production. As a smaller shop we can manufacture small batches of products while we await their mass-production run.
This U-Bracket is designed to be pretty universal and should work with all of the spare tire mounts on the market. So if you have an existing spare tire reverse kit you could upgrade to this one. OR you could buy our COMPLETE kit with Light, U Bracket, Spare Tire Mount and wiring harness.

We have not made our kits available yet. We are doing test fitments today on our brackets as they'll be back from production for final test fitting.
