Just finished installing the brand new @Diode Dynamics 10" Chase Light Bar, purchased from Adam @4x4TruckLEDs.com
I'm super impressed so far.
I previously had a @Turn Offroad chase light/3rd brake light, but I wasn't satisfied with the finish & quality of that product
I did end up keeping their bracket to go from the tire carrier to the 3rd brake light area
Then I modified a pair of generic brackets I had left from something else by drilling a few holes to interface with the Turn bracket
From there it was pretty simple for wiring, because I already had a light with the same functions, so I just removed that harness & cut my wires & remade connections with the 4 pin deutch connecter that come with the Diode kit.
It is nice that they give you a small pigtail, then a good length of cable & then the other pigtail is already connected to the light.
So if you need to remove it for some reason, you can disconnect at two different points.
I'd say the only downside is the small stylus you use to change the light patterns is easy to lose.
(Ask me how long I searched the garage & still couldn't find it)
If I can get another one, I'm gonna put it on a keychain & mark it with high viz tape or something lol.
