Deep Space Bronco goes Stargazing

Went out with the Southern Nevada Off-road Bronco (SNOB) Bronco group for some Astrophotography - meteor shower and Milky Way viewing.
I moved from Arizona to Nevada in June, and while I miss the Saguaros, these dry lake beds are THE SHIT for Astro photos

I did this in Sand Hollow in February, literally just a scratch on my fender and mirror. Sometimes you have to just do what makes you happy and go full send with it, in all areas!

a tripod goes A LONG way with the night mode on your phone. These were all taken on my iPhone!

I'm not as familiar with Samsung/android, you should be able to find some information online. But I know with my iPhone, it can sense being stabilized by a tripod, so the exposure time goes from a max of 10 seconds (when you are holding it) to a max of 30 seconds on the tripod in night mode. Makes all the difference in the world!
