You can grease the ends of the break pads and reinsert into the caliper. Might help the noise, but you are basically doing a break job without changing the pads.

From 29psi to 36psi in just 3 minutes? My compressor does 18 to 39 in 4 minutes, and that is all 4 tires at once.
