While removing the intake tubes in prep for the Ingen intake, I ended up splitting the drivers side turbo plastic inlet. Any advice where to get another, Possibly a part number and the work involved to replace? Thanks.

Any Ford dealership

MB3Z-9B659-CA

It bolts to the LH turbo compressor housing. Not very fun to get on/off with the turbo installed, but it’s possible.

Hmm, For some reason that part number doesn't look like it.. Here is a bett pic of half of it, the other half is bolted to the turbo.

I don’t know which picture you’re referring to, but trust me, the part number I posted is correct.

If you don't have it yet you should get your hands on the digital file containing the service manual. The link used to float around here somewhere a couple years ago to download it but don't know off the top of my head where everybody is getting it now.. maybe someone will chime in or you could search. Super useful.

And guys like @Ducati1098 and @flip are invaluable resources around here.. super appreciative of them.

Dadgum, the thing is ABS. I would just hot glue it like DWV pipe. Might just work 🤠

I would bring it to dealer for warranty replacement. That is possibly a manufacturing defect. It should never break like that.

That said, hot glue (or even super glue) would probably get the job done. It's not under pressure, so I would expect it to live.

Welp. I was trying to install the INGEN CAI. , And a AFE turbo pipe kit along with the Wagner high mount intercooler.. The new part is 60.00 and I have the drivers side upper control arm off at the same time. I got it off, If i was in the desert I would fix it with epoxy. But at this point , I'm gunna pick may battles.
