Wow. I cannot believe this has happened again.
Cruising down the highway, during rush hour traffic, and the Adaptive Cruise Control slams on the brakes for no apparent reason (with ACC dash symbol turns Orange instead of Green).
I hit the ACC button to deactivate, and the Bronco gives the tell tale sign that the brakes vacuum system is struggling (whole vehicle is shaking, absolutely no power being transfered to the wheels).
Literally limped onto the shoulder before it came to a complete stop. Completely unable to get it to move.
Exact. Same. Issue. As. Last. Time.

The dealership struggled with it for days last time and ended up replacing the brake vacuum sensor.
Surely this is a design flaw though right? The vehicle should be able to transition from boost and still be able to pull a vacuum for the brakes no?
Anyone else have this issue?
And of course my warranty expired last year...
