Zip ties for the win! Good excuse to get an aftermarket rear bumper? Were there other colors besides the red? Are you getting rid of your single black tow loop?

I’ve been looking at aftermarket rear bumpers . But then can’t use the tow hooks or mud flaps .

I’ll sell my tow hook, I’m sure someone can even out their bronco if it only came with one.

Thanks for the info I just found it on my local FORD’s website for like 45 bucks and I can just pick it up. I’m slightly OCD so one-sided hook don’t work for me. Lol.

I was hoping someone knew the answer to this question.

I looked at as many black diamond rear pictures as I could find (mine will be here in April). Does the 2021 and 2022 have two rear tow hooks whereas the 2023 has only 1? Can any black diamond owners chime in? Thanks everyone!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Did you have any issue with the nut(s) while installing the new tow hook on the passenger side?

(It would have been nice if they had nuts pre-welded to the frame, easier out and easier in.)

Mine were welded to the frame

Mine were definitely welded in place. Was a super easy swap.

Also I think only the '21 Black Diamond's had two. I like mine much better now.

Thanks, I looked at a bunch of 2021's and you are correct. 2021 had two rear tow hooks, then ford quietly dropped the second tow hook in 2022 and 2023 to save a few bucks. No bueno. Enjoy your ride!

My 2021 BD had two hooks in the rear, my 2022 BD only has one, thanks to this thread, I ordered up the second one.
