I'm surprised nobody has brought this up yet: altering this head restraint in any way will have your dealer denying any warranty claims. They're ethically bound in this way.

Especially for those who have purchased extended warranties, you will not want to alter your headrest in any shape or form.

You have been warned
My dealer told me if I removed their dealer license plate frame it would void the warranty.

I replaced the 'Big Bend' stickers with a traditional Bronco script, but my dealer will no longer honor the warranty on the front half of my Bronco because of this.

It's ok however, I kept them and put them on my Whirlpool refrigerator in my kitchen. Now if I have trouble with my Whirlpool, I can take it in to my dealer and drop it off for a minimum of 4 weeks up to about 8 months...which is ok because they will surely give me a loaner fridge...

This is true, really it is.

Never once have I noticed my headrest feeling "off". Now the ones in the back seat are folded down all the time because they get in the way of putting the seat down. I leave those down all the time, until I have someone sitting in the back.

Do your headrests not adjust? Push it forward and you'll hear a click as it locks in. Keep pushing forward until it "resets" and it will go all the way back to the most upright position.

That may be a Raptor thing?

Nope, for the whole vehicle. Also, if you have had previous warranty work done and the later alter the headrest you will be invoiced for the work done in the past. It's true, really.

Ok STEVE, just what are you trying to say STEVE? How big a boy are you STEVE? I'm guess I'm gonna have to come down there and whip somebody's ass

Big enough.

You might want to bring a friend to drive as the closest Urgent Care is 40 miles from my property.

Roy D Mercer has always been hilarious
