I don't think my head has ever rested on said seat part.. I have them lowest they will go, but I'm pretty sure they don't have any other adjustments. never found an issue.

I like to wear a cowboy hat and the forward tilt does not work with a cowboy hat. So, rather than bend I pulled the headrest out, flipped it around and put it back in the holes. Problem solved and can reverse when not wearing my hat.
Cowboy hats are NHTSA approved safety devices.

Rip those head bashers out.

Very primotive considering Volvo jas jad active head rests for 15+ years....tilt forward in a crash.

My Lux headrests dont tilt but I find them very comfortable just like the super cheap unbolstered seats in fabric that thankfully grips me in the seat.

Lux doesn't get you the adjustable headrests - only leather.

I came for the Karen-ish responses and was rewarded. Meanwhile real men drive early Broncos with low back seats, lap belts, and stay out of collisions. Flame away boys and girls! Lol.

I must be in the minority, but have never had any issue with the head rest.
I actually have to tilt my head back to touch it.
It’s ok for me too, but I lean the seat back more than some maybe. I have tried the seat back straight up after my Daughter had adjusted it for her and yes my head touches it. You’d think mid package and up would have gotten adjustable headrests though. Mine is a ‘24 if that matters. I don’t think it leans forward like the OP’s picture though. In ‘23 they teased that all the Broncos would get adjustable headrests in ‘24. And that’s one of the first things I checked when mine arrived Feb 8 ‘24. I checked for the rear armrest cupholders and it did get those.

Shoot, I am sorry to read that Ford made changes to the seats. Like your previous Bronco and my 2022, I find the seats to be very comfortable. Really sorry to read that your new seats are anything but.
