If you have a base grille you can either drill out the backs and paint your current letters (search here and YouTube) or I think tuffskin on the Ford accessory site for full white overlays and etsy for just sticker overlays. Plenty of choices out there that should give you what you want with what you already have.

I have white letters that I removed because I went with the backlight letters kit... but they were drilled out on the backside which is the only way to remove them from the grill. Not sure if you'd be interested?

Order some white grille letters from Stickerfab it would be easier and cheaper, I have a base and I went with green letters and it looks great
There are companies that overlay over the entire letter.
