I've had good luck with Everclear. It's 95% ethyl alc
I tried goo gone, WD-40, Goof off heavy duty, goof off pro strength, 91% isopropyl alcohol, nail polish remover and minerals spirits.
I've had good luck with Everclear (95% ethyl alcohol) in situations where the solvents listed above didn't work. I haven't tried removing the visor stickers so I don't know if it will work in this situation.

I first used it to remove backing paper from 20 year old plexiglass. I needed something that wouldn't attack the plexiglass. The backing paper came off in a few seconds. The solvents listed above didn't work or would attack the plexiglass.

It's also excellent for cleaning glass to help suction cups stay in place.

After I made the previous post, I went on ChatGPT and asked for suggestions. It also suggested vinegar.

I used the goof off pro strength pretty sparingly, and while it did dissolve the adhesive it definitely discolored the surface of the vinyl.
I did the same thing - and yeah, same thing happened. I was able to touch it up with a bit of flat black spray paint and it turned out ok - just make sure to mask off the plastic mounting hardware and only spray the vinyl.

I did later on scratch the paint job trying to use a cover then deciding I didn't like it and scratched in the removing it... one of these days I'll touch it up again but I doubt anyone but me can notice it.

I got my glue off with some elbow grease and a cocktail of chemicals, 🤪 It didn't do shit to damage the visors , but it was no easy task to get it all off.
