I was late to order when original banks opened and kept getting bumped into the next model year. I eventually found a dealer demo (21 Cyber Orange Badlands) and loved it. One day while returning home, someone blasted through a red light and t-boned me, totaling the Bronco. I ended up with a torn meniscus and herniated disk in my lower back but the Bronco saved me that day considering the hit going over 50mph.
The kicker, My original order (Cactus Gray Badlands ) came in the week before and I declined because I ended up really liking the Cyber Orange.
I went without a fun car for a while and mid-summer of 24 I picked a 21 Rubicon. I did like it but noticed corrosion popping up on one of the hinges. Following the groups online it was obvious owners were having issues getting warranty work and I didn't want to go down the hole of getting a small area fixed only for it to pop up elsewhere and be out of warranty.
I had my eye on a Raptor at a local dealer since summer but never could justify the $96k price. After several price drops I felt it was time to make a move.
I snagged a 24 Hot Pepper Red Raptor and so glad I did. What an amazing vehicle overall.
I will miss the rear vents of the Jeep since my kids will complain about airflow, and the foot vents pushed more air than bronco which I remember from my first one. But overall I am not looking back. I couldn't pass up the deal.
