Just picked up a used Heretic light bar. Watching the video it calls to hooked up to #2, the 15 amp switch. I already have my RC amber/white fogs/spots hooked to #2,. #3 uses a 10 amp fuse, can I switch the fuse to a 15 amp?

Maybe. The size of a fuse in a circuit needs to be appropriate for the gauge of wire. If a circuit was originally intended for 5A, the wiring in that circuit will be small. If you were to throw a 40A fuse in that circuit, the fuse won’t blow if it is exposed to a 35A load, but the small wiring wasn’t designed for that big load…so it would heat up. Check the wire gauge on the two circuits you’re considering. Might be ok. Or you may end up with a Bronco-B-Cue.

Is switch one in use? That'll work.

You can use the switch you prefer to trigger a relay connected to a power source/wire appropriately sized for the load. Source could be a fused line you add right from the battery.

As others have said, no. Not only is the wire gage too small, but the relay isn't sufficient either.

Just use an appropriately sized relay to energize the circuit and you can use any Aux switch.

This is the correct answer.

No, you cannot just make the fuse bigger.

But you can use any switch to drive another relay and that relay can be as many amps as you need. Relays require just a fraction of an amp to drive.

Or use switch one (if available).
