Agreed. Just put one in over the weekend, but it’s not a big deal. You “think” something might break when pulling the AC controls back, but it just pops right out. Just follow the video.

An excellent product. Always hated having to remember to hit the button every time I started up (first world problems, I know!).

No, only a small trim panel is removed (it is under the climate controls and can be removed without tools).

You do have to take apart some to get behind the button, but it is not difficult. If I recall correctly, they have a video on their website showing step-by-step how to do it.
