Dude, I'm trying to do SOMETHING here with this grassroots effort. Everyone has an opinion on what a solution should be. I'd take anything over 3/36. Just sayin.
I'm the owner of the site (mentioned previously in this thread). I have to update the site manually, and was surprised at the number of submissions in the last 2.5 weeks.
View the glorious gallery of failed MIC tops here...
It's a problem, not with all of them, but a lot of them, as Webasto can't seem to manufacture them with any consistency whatsoever. A gallery for your viewing pleasure:

Using this one on my 2024 2.7 for about 6 months now. Works perfectly. Installed in 10 minutes. Don't have to remember to press "the button" every time (yeah, first world problems, I get it)...
Agreed. Just put one in over the weekend, but it’s not a big deal. You “think” something might break when pulling the AC controls back, but it just pops right out. Just follow the video.
An excellent product. Always hated having to remember to hit the button every time I started up (first world...
^^^^THIS.
They do start small, barely noticeable, then get worse over time. Look at the pics here: https://fixourbroncotops.com/ford-bronco-mic-top-issues-gallery-real-owner-photos/
They don't just "crack"...small then bigger and bigger and more and more.
Sorry to hear you're having this problem, but it is NOT uncommon and you are NOT alone. It's a shame that @Ford doesn't honor this defect. Thanks for adding to https://fixourbroncotops.com/.
I would like to see more support on this site, whether you've had problems or not, we need more numbers.
I just implemented most of what was recommended in the post. First, thanks OP for the materials, process, etc. I appreciate it! FWIW and if this is helpful for others, here's what I did/did not do:
I added all of the weather stripping EXCEPT for:
1. On the driver/passenger panels, I did not...
Thanks bro. It's definitely coming from the B pillar area. This is an easy enough thing to try...ordering the pipe for the gutter today. Appreciate the super-quick response! (y)
Whelp, this all started back on March 5. Finally got my final (for now) center section replaced at the dealership. It was quite the adventure:
After taking it in March 5 for the warranty inspection, it took almost 2 months to get a replacement.
Dealer installed the replacement, but my service...
Question to OP about "the GUTTER". My OEM MIC top had almost no wind noise. Recently, I had the center section replaced under warranty due to the top cracking. Dealer replaced it, but now I'm hearing wind noise on the passenger side B pillar (when I hit 60-65 MPH) that wasn't there before.
Do...
^^^^ THIS! Spot on. Forums are great, but we have a resource that might be able push for change:

Everything to fight back as a group is here. You can:
1. Contribute to the site and vote (and share pics). Remember, even if you have a MIC top and havent had...
Probably, or could have come from the factory that way. These MIC tops are shit. Poor quality control and consistency all around. I'm getting my center panel replaced next week and can't wait to see how far the color will be off :teehee:
