Auto Start Stop Gone!

With the new EPA chief saying this mandate for manufacturers will be eliminated I wonder if Ford will release a software update that will once again allow AS/S to be continuously switched off via Forscan for previous models?

My 2020 F150 has been disabled since I bought it. This would be fantastic!

I'll bet the answer is no. Because the next EPA chief will likely bring it back. Not to mention other countries still require it.

Basically just changes the throttle sensitivity and slightly adjusts the steering feel. Same as an automatic minus the transmission shift points being adjusted.

I’m at 18.8 right now and I don’t drive conservatively, ever. The sooner my transmission wears out the sooner I can upgrade it, so that’s alright.
