This is the exact (except 6100'S) I am planning to install. Ordered my 6100's on Sunday from @stage3motorsports. Hopefully, the arrive soon.

I don't plan on putting them on the max height ring as I don't want to spend $ for new UCAs and am still afraid of too much lift and the steering components. I am considering the 4th or 5th ring (1.7 or 2").

I installed 6100's with Eibach lift coils about 6 weeks ago. WAYYYYYYYY better than the stock SAS Bilstein suspension.

Thanks. I almost went that route. Which setting did you use? I have a badlands non SAS. I was going to use the highest and install 35's

Just did the 6100s. So much better than SAS shocks. 5th ring on front and max on rear to get perfectly level. Have BAMF and winch on front so around 180lbs

Just put 6112s on my 22 WT SAS mod bumper with no additional weight front or rear. Clip 4 on front and 5 on rear. I was exactly 1inch higher in the rear with stock SAS (39 front an 40 rear). After install I did not get the advertised lift in the front and now sit 40in front and 41.5 rear. Ground to center flare. Only gained an inch up front.

I’m gonna go up to clip 5 in the front and that should give me exactly what I want .5ish inches higher in the rear.

i only have 50ish miles since install but ride is much better so far. Not stiff at all, no dive, and feels nice and tight cornering.

1 inch even with the springs, that’s it?
Litebrite got over 2 with just the 6100’s that’s weird

Yea with the spring. According to the graph it should have been 1.8in front. Not sure what gives because with no additional weight clip 4 front and 5 rear should have been perfect and in theory given me .4 higher in rear.

I will post some before and after measurement pictures this afternoon

I also have a badlands with Sas package and exploring options for suspension. Not upset with the sas package suspension (could easily live with it) but am toying with the idea of going from the stock 35s to 37s and that will require a lift. Did your upgrade give a decent lift over the sas package lift or did the lift remain the same?

Anybody ever experience any issues with the clips breaking under the spring perch?

Can't speak specifically to the Billsteins but Ford shipped the gen 1 F 150 raptors with three different perch settings all handled via a similar clip. I moved mine up as did a ton of the Gen 1 raptor population and never heard of a singular issue. I drove mine very hard and was not at all concerned. The big thing is to just make sure that clip is seated properly.

Ive had some Koni coilovers on a Factory Five Daytona coupe that were snap ring seated cups but that was on a 2200lb track car. Didnt know if the weight load might show a difference. Seriously considering these 6112s for my non Sas Badlands 2dr because I dont want too much lift, just enough to go up to 35s and have some articulation. Plus, reading about the Icons squeaking constantly kinda turns me off.

No issues with my 6100s on my Bronco. I've also had 6100's on my F-150 for over 6 years, and no issues with them either.

Here are my measurements after installing 6112s (see images) Probably closer to an 1.25 difference between front and rear.

clip 4 front netted roughly an 1 in (advertised 1.8 in gain)

clip 5 rear netted roughly 1.25 in (advertised 1.2 in gain)

Stock was 39 front and 40 rear ground to fender.

still not sure why my front gain was so “minimal” compared to billstein advertised. no added weight over stock SAS. Hoping that changing to clip 5 in the front will give me what I’m looking for. I loaded up the cargo area with all my gear roughly 200lbs and sag was about 1/2 inch. When I go to clip 5 front I should be just about level when fully loaded.
