Aside from Ford antifreeze, specifically which antifreeze should I use for my 2023 Bronco?

The official Ford spec is WSS-M97B57-A2. Anything that meets that is fine. Should find that printed on the bottle someplace.
If it's just to top up the tank a little bit - distilled water works just fine and won't overly dilute the system (unless you are topping it up frequently).
If you are adding a lot (like a radiator flush) - Make sure to pay attention to Pre-mixed or undiluted. Your undiluted coolant/water ratio should be 50/50. A little less antifreeze won't hurt anything other than drop your freeze protection slightly. Going too heavy though reduces the amount of heat the radiator can reject (water performs better than antifreeze). 50/50 is good to around -35°F
Biggest advice I can give is don't mix colors. That's not a 100% reliable thing, but an easy to check assurance you are probably ok.

Yes, stick with the yellow.
I read dexcool orange can mix with yellow, but why chance it if you don't have to

The colors are dyes. Don't trust color alone, look at the specs on the bottle. Mixing the wrong chemistries can have catastrophic effects.
Don't pay a retailer $50+ for a bottle of Motorcraft when you can get it for $20 from Ford. Mine was $17 but I guess they turned the screws a little.
