The official Ford spec is WSS-M97B57-A2. Anything that meets that is fine. Should find that printed on the bottle someplace.
If it's just to top up the tank a little bit - distilled water works just fine and won't overly dilute the system (unless you are topping it up frequently).
If you are adding a lot (like a radiator flush) - Make sure to pay attention to Pre-mixed or undiluted. Your undiluted coolant/water ratio should be 50/50. A little less antifreeze won't hurt anything other than drop your freeze protection slightly. Going too heavy though reduces the amount of heat the radiator can reject (water performs better than antifreeze). 50/50 is good to around -35°F
Biggest advice I can give is don't mix colors. That's not a 100% reliable thing, but an easy to check assurance you are probably ok.
