This is what I was looking for. I also have the electronic sway bar and was concerned with how difficult it would be to lower it. Did you have to disconnect the harness? Any other issues?

I outlined the process here on post number 61. Have a look and hopefully it helps you out. There's a picture there that shows the sway bar being supported by the two jack stands. You really only need to get it out of the way a couple inches to get the lower control arm bolt out.

I got the Rock Jock track bar bracket and put it on this afternoon, totally leveled the bar at this lift height. Haven’t driven it much yet, will drop a note after I get some miles on it whether or not I can feel any difference.

Shock Surplus called the Eibach Pro Truck 2.0’s their top pick for daily driver shocks (D-tier on their scale). Not very fond of them for off-road use

Pretty on-par with my experience with them. Both my rears blew out and were replaced under warranty (it became a safety hazard. Was jumping around over expansion joints causing traction control to kick on. Scary on the interstate in traffic). Blew out both my fronts as well, which had HD springs. Only one was replaced under warranty

I do a lot of off-roading, so… they did good for what I put them through

Was it the off-roading that caused them to blow out? Slow speed, fast, rock crawling? Or mostly street and light off road? I’m hoping under normal street use they will have good longevity.

For normal street use they’ll be great! Mine lasted 20k-25k miles on both sets

I do it all: street, gravel, dirt, slow rock crawling, moderate speed mixed rock/dirt, mud, deep water crossings (3’), snow, deep sand, high speed loose and bouncy, whoops… really everything, I hate turning around unless it’s an out-and-back

I don’t know exactly what caused the blowouts, but I would guess it’s due to extended use on rougher terrain

The rears end up sagging over time, or at least mine did. Couldn’t really put any weight in the back without a bit of squat. HD springs in the rear would have helped a lot, but I didn’t look into it cause I was saving for the next suspension upgrade

Sounds like you really used your suspension pretty hard, actually good to hear they lasted as long as they did under heavy use. Ours will never see that type of use, mostly running the grandkids around town haha.

Are you still on Eibachs or did you go to something else?

I definitely did more with them than they are intended for. I always found them very comfortable

I have Bilstein 8112’s sitting in the garage, just waiting to get the Bronco back from the body shop (hail damage… leaving the trail scars)
