  1. Another Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 installed

If you disconnect the harness, it gives you more room to move/lower it. I just used 2 small jack stands to lower it and hold it in place. It's a bit heavy so I didn't want to remove it completely.
  2. Another Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 installed

I've replaced my suspension twice so far and both times used this method. You don't have to remove the axle nut at all. I just used a second jack and supported the front assembly to not let it droop fully on its own. It's also a smart idea to mark your alignment bolts prior to removing them...
  3. Another Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 installed

Looks great! Do you happen to know what your tire to fender flare gap is? I just installed some Procomp coilovers and am curious of the difference. I still have room to raise it, but I find if I go up any higher it preloads too much and the smoothness is diminished. I think I'm around a 2.5...
  4. Rear TracBar Relocation Bracket - Get One!

I would measure each side/bolt from the ground. If there's a 2 inch difference, the Rock Jock would be the one for you. If it's 3 inches or more, I'd look into the Fabtech one. Mine was a 3 inch difference and the Fabtech bracket aligned it almost perfectly parallel to the ground. Keep in mind...
  5. Rear TracBar Relocation Bracket - Get One!

I installed some Procomp coilovers and the rear end was jumping around everywhere until I put the track bar bracket on. I measured each bolt on the track bar, from the ground up, and there was roughly a 3 inch difference after the install. I went with Fabtech's kit and it looks almost perfectly...
  6. Really, How good are 4wp/pro comp 2.5” coilovers??

Did you do a track bar relocation? There was a 3 inch difference in my track bar height from stock, so I went with the Fabtech kit and it was a huge difference in the rear. If you find it stiff, get a track bar kit. Before the kit, my rear end was squirly after bumps and dips. I also found it...
  7. COBB Accessport for 2021-2025 2.7 Now Available!!

I used the Cobb AP for my previous Explorer ST that was pro tuned by Goosetuned and it was incredible! Looks like, I'll be able to use the Accessport for my Bronco now. Has anyone installed the stock OTS tunes yet? I'm more excited about the TCM tunes to improve the shifting and the Dynamic...
  8. Zone 1” Leveling Kit Badlands Sasquatch

I have this kit on my Badlands non-Sas and it sits level. It seemed higher at first, but settled after a couple of days. I've read that people have used the rear plates off the Rough Country level kit in addition to the Zone kit to raise the rear a bit. The RC kit comes with 2 sets of upper...
  9. Any known issues with HOSS 2.0 Bilsteins that are outside of recall?

Thanks for the info. It's exactly why I am reluctant to go with just the Eibach springs if the shocks will inevitably fail, regardless if they are on the recall list or not. Seems like the safest best is to swap out the yellow Bilsteins for the 6100's and avoid the dealership hassles altogether.
  10. Any known issues with HOSS 2.0 Bilsteins that are outside of recall?

I've got a 2024 Badlands, non-SAS that is NOT part of the rear Bilstein shock recall. Its currently at 11 thousand KMs and running a 1 inch Zone spacer in the front for a leveled look, with 35's. Have their been any reports of the rear Bilstein shocks failing that are outside of the recall? I...
  11. Bronco Leveling Kit

Mine started out as a Badlands, Non SAS. I added a 1 inch Zone leveling kit. It's currently sitting on the Goodyear 315/70/17's that I pulled from a Wildtrak wheelset I found on Marketplace. The tires are wrapped on 17x8.5 Procomp wheels in a 0 offset. Sounds weird, but I feel that the 1 inch...
  12. Coilovers swap Badlands LCA

This is not true. I have a Badlands and dropping the lower arms is the easiest way. You disconnect the swaybar disconnect, and there is enough wire to support the swaybar on jackstands. Once you remove the nuts, move it back towards the rear tires and support the bar. By moving it back towards...
  13. Bilstein B8 5100s Stock 21 Badlands question

How do you like this set up? From what I've been reading the Eibachs are quite a bit softer than stock Badlands suspension and the 6100's keep the firmer ride. I use my Badlands as my daily, and wouldn't mind taking some of the stiffness away. I aired down to 35 psi which helps, but the rear...
  14. Bilstein B8 5100s Stock 21 Badlands question

Looks good. Do you mind measuring ground to fender at some point. With my 35's, I'm at roughly 39" front and back. And sorry, did you say that the ride got stiffer?
  15. Bilstein B8 5100s Stock 21 Badlands question

Let us know how you like the 5100's on your Badlands. I currently have a non sas badlands levelled with Zone 1 inch level on 35's with 0 offset. I don't offroad much at all, and just want a little more lift and to smooth out the ride a bit. The stock BL suspension is quite stiff. I had 5100's...
  16. Bilstein B8 5100s Stock 21 Badlands question

Curious. Is there a reason you went with the 5100's instead of the Bilstein 6100's and swap the stock Non SAS springs over? I always thought the 6100's were a more comparable swap with the Hoss 2.0 Non SAS Badlands. And the 5100's were a better swap for those with Hitachi's. I only ask...
  17. Best way to remove front shocks?

Just wanted to give an update. I installed the Zone 1" level on my Non SAS Badlands last night. Removing the Lower Control Arms is the way to go. After wasting time trying to do the upper ball joint, tie rod end, sway bar, and axle nut method, it was clear that removing the Sway bar and LCA was...
  18. Best way to remove front shocks?

Looks great! I am leaning towards removing the lower control arms as well. Thanks for the info!
  19. Best way to remove front shocks?

q That's the thing, I guess. If I roll the dice and do not remove the axle How are the 6112's? Did you do all 4 corners? I'm just looking to get the front end up an inch for a leveled look, and I noticed that I could use the 6112's and put it on circlip #2 for an inch of lift and forget...
  20. Best way to remove front shocks?

Since I will be replacing the lower strut studs anyways with nuts and bolts, I'll likely cut or pop out the lower strut studs which should require even less space to get the strut out. I'm sure this would mitigate the need to remove the axle nut at all. Thanks for the advice! This has been...
