How do we get ford to redesign or do something about the horrible air flow. I know a tone of people simply haven’t run into this due to not receiving their bronco yet or living in an area that is warm. The floor air flow is nonexistent!!!! When switching from floor to floor and upper you can feel the damper move and provide more flow at a point but then returns to barely any flow. I am convinced the damper alignment is off. The dealer did that is how it is designed and that the floor also defrosts automatically even without having it on defrost.
Okay I can understand a design to have slight flow on the windshield but causing no flow at the foot. Ridiculous!!!! No reason a 60k+ vehicle made in 2021 should t have basic air flow!!! Step up ford!!!!

Does it push out a lot of flow at the feet? Mine barely comes out and you hear it working hard pushing a lot of air behind the dash

It was cold the other morning and with the heat on, yes... in auto mode I would guess 75% of the airflow was at the foot level with the other 25% out the dash vents. On the trip back it was very warm down south and with the AC on most of the air flow was from the dash vents. Made sense when I thought about it... cool air sinks while warm air rises. I did a PDI and tested all features before leaving and in manual mode, redirecting through the individual controls worked well also.

I think because all the air comes out the defrost vents by the windshield it’s like there always turned on by default. My floor air sucks it just barely comes out I get cold feet when it’s really chilly out.

Id love to see video of how well or not so others flow works on the floor vents. My defrost and upper are fine. I’ll try to take video of mine later today.

I think someone else had an issue with lack of flow to the floor vents and it turned out a duct wasn't connected behind the dash.

Can you confirm that you have strong airflow out of the underseat vent ducts? I have zero flow out of these. I just had my Bronco in for its first service yesterday and the techs did not have a solution for the no airflow problem.

If yours works properly I’d like to get this information back to the dealer. There may be a recall needed for the many of us who have no airflow at the floor vents.

Thanks

Do yours actually have 0 flow, or is it just crappy?

I can confirm 100% mine does have flow but it is awful. Top 2 settings sound like a hurricane and barley heat the footwell, but nonetheless there is airflow which I can feel.

But yeah I second your question, how well is that guys working? Cause I'd love for some more flow.

^^^ this. I don’t think there’s enough airflow to blow out a match, and in fact the air I feel moving could be an upflow draft caused by the air coming out of the face and winshield vents. Either way, it is certainly not right. My daughter almost froze her feet in a 2hr -22C drive to the ski hill last month…

Not a bad idea. I'll take a video of a candle in there and this can be our metric lol

Appreciate this info, thanks!

Now, can you please tell me your build date, and 2dr or 4dr? Much appreciated.
