Hmm…now I’m wondering, out of the “no airflow issues” people, how many have 2drs and how many have 4drs? Mine was built a few weeks before yours and is a 4dr.

This may require a poll…

I'm fairly certain this is just bad design unnoticed by people who don't live in a frozen tundra.

I'm fairly certain this is just bad design unnoticed by people who don't live in a frozen tundra.
This is beyond a bad design - it could not have passed QC as it stands - it’s almost a safety concern in winter weather.

Does it push out a lot of flow at the feet? Mine barely comes out and you hear it working hard pushing a lot of air behind the dash
Yes for me. My feet get so hot they sweat. You definitely have an issue. And I live in Connecticut where it’s definitely cold. Like someone else stated above, mine works great at all levels. It blasts hot air if I switch to the upper vents.
