I do remember them sharing that but I just find it odd that there is no records of the court filing online (that I could find at least).

I’ve never filed bankruptcy but wouldn’t you mention where the monies are, and the ‘fact’ a pending suit may recoup some of those monies that could be used to make the creditors whole? Or after bankruptcy would you just get to keep all the ‘windfall’ from that suit?

It’s a shame APG is just letting the hard top patent sit and collect dust during all of this, but I imagine they’re waiting until ADV is a complete TKO before proceeding in any direction.

Maybe. Although given the debacle and people who lost thousands, not sure how APG could successfully try and start selling this top again.

I don't recall if it was APG or Lite Brite who were talking up a future top offering as things imploded for ADV, but it was tone deaf given the situation. If the top eventually appears again for sale, I'll be interested to see who gambles putting their money down for one.

Litebright came on to the forum to defend their honor...heh...and APG said they never took any deposits nor did they ever say anything about selling a hardtop of their own. Then the screenshotted receipts that contradicts their claims were shown from their own account, and they went quiet. (after deleting said posts. Definitely the move a trustworthy business makes)

At this point, I’m brainstorming how to Frankenstein the Ford front panels on my Turn Offroad top. That seems to be the only possible way to get that modular APG top at this point

It must be one of Ford's off-road racing teams. There's a Ford Raptor in it's racing livery in the background of one of the pictures. The Bronco is also on 74Weld Portals. Probably Bailey Campbell since she lives in Queen Creek, AZ.
