Yes. APG and ADV both got paid according to their deal (I assume). Sounds like ADV threw their hands up after APG didn't deliver the product. ADV is trying to point this out to their customers by posting the lawsuit. (NOT SAYING THAT EXCUSES ADV).Not defending ADV in any way, but for months they were offering refunds. I got mine back with no issues at the end of April. But if 50% of the money went to invoices to APG… APG should be handing money back too… but nope. ADV at least gave some of the money back, but I haven’t heard of APG doing anything. Well s*** we didn’t even know APG was the one responsible for sourcing the manufacturing until a few days ago.
APG keeps posturing threw LB and their "statement" that they are still planning on releasing the top once it's ready. I assume they can't say when because it's a real S@%! Show they're faced with.
We can only hope that APG is planing on doing the right thing. RIGHT @APG ? I mean if a manufaturing company got the money owed from their distributor...why wouldn't they be obligated to deliver the product? Especially if they're actually are able to produce and sell it directly to their new customers.
Yeah, sure if ADV is out of the picture, APG will have the burden of individually shipping each top directly to the end user, but hey, they certainly would do everything possible to make things right? If these logistics are just to complicated for them, I'm sure they are willing to reimburse customers out of the 4.4 million dollars the received.
@APG, your customers are eagerly waiting to hear about what you're planning to do. ASSUMING you really did benefit to the tune of 4.4 million dollars collected from them.
Thanks in advance for making things right! The Bronco community will certainly remember it.
