Anyone can speculate what they want. That’s up to them. I’m not going to go over how everything works. If you are curious about OF then look up how it works. When I said we aren’t paid by anyone that means no companies pay us cash to promote their products. We run what products we want to run on what vehicles we choose to run them on. Some are paid, some are discounted and some are free. No matter what we are always up front about the product no matter if it’s good, bad or indifferent.
Just like the turbo kit on our jeep was free and we had nothing but problems. The kit was free, the install was free and we showed all the problems we had right up to the turbo blowing up our motor even though we spent thousands of collards having custom tunes down by reputable companies because the prodigy kit tune was terrible and would have blown my motor in the first couple weeks but I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours making it last months until it finally blew up. We told the truth the whole way. Nobody can pay us any amount of money to hide truth about the products we run. We run products and test products we want to run and not because we are paid. Very few companies have ever paid us any money to run a product. Did we get the products for free or discounted? Absolutely…. But nobody has ever paid us any amount of money to only praise their product because that’s something we’d never do. If you don’t believe it that’s fine. I’d challenge you to prove this false. Either way, this is not my fight and not my issue. APG builds and makes amazing products and we can testify to that first hand because we have one.

I don’t really have the time to keep up with this thread but I will try when I have the time. I’m glad some of your love our channel and to those that don’t that’s perfectly fine. Just when you think it's "jumped the shark" due to years of @ADV Fiberglass updates & excuses (now confirmed as lies through their own legal filing), this thread explodes!

After all the potential fraud started to be exposed this week due to the possible actions of a couple clowns, this thread said "Hold my beer"!

The recent addition of dim bulb trailer trash to the mix was not expected (but greatly entertaining)!

Big shoutout to the little simple fella at ADV who made all of this possible by laying the foundation in September 2022!

Note: I hope all the victims are made whole again, or at very least see justice served.

On the surface, the activity surrounding this top has the classic signs of a ponzi scheme. Except replace the phrase "investors" with "customer deposits." Also, rather than paying a return on investment or delivering actual product, I think they're just rolling customer deposit money (and robbing Peter's deposit to refund Paul's).

I've been watching the activity on this thread for a while now. Had I ponied up the coin and waited this long with nothing to show for the money I spent, I would want to see ADV's financials and get an understanding of what the hell is going on behind the scenes.

2-years without delivering product coupled with all the cash burn associated with operating expenses, R&D costs, additional overhead due to unexpected quality issues, rising interest costs on borrowed money, all in the headwinds of potential economic recession?

If it were me, I would wonder where my money went as a customer. I would wonder if this was a company who appropriately held my funds in reserve while deferring the revenue. I would wonder if the company had other sources of liquidity outside of customer deposits to sustain operations. I would wonder if my funds were misappropriated with management using unearned customer cash to cover liquidity problems driven by the issues above. A little financial transparency from ADV might help ease those concerns.

One thing I've learned in life is that the longer it takes to collect what is due to you, the probability of collection is greatly diminished.

With all that said, I'm not necessarily stating ADV misappropriated funds or is failing for the reasons I cited above. But the reality is that these are real risks and real problems happening in the manufacturing space - right now.

Ultimate risk as a paying customer with no product to show for it, is that a company spent all your money, and you have limited recourse. In a business failure situation, claims to make yourself whole would place you behind a long list of senior creditors who have a priority claim to business assets. $7 grand is no small sum of money to tie up and had I been waiting a year for my top, I would be asking a lot of questions.

Call me shocked, but I'm sort of surprised similar concerns haven't been voiced in the thread already.

I'm surprised ya'll (those left hung out to dry) haven't lawyered up for a class action suit. My recommendation for a firm would be Hagens Berman out of Miami. They have a good track record of class action suits against auto manufacturers.
