And them opening a competing shop with your IP right next doorThis. Have YOUR attorney team write the contract. The extra hours of attorney’s fees are 100% worth it. Especially in a sh!tshow like this.
And manufacturing in China is a whole thing. If you don’t have a person on the ground, managing the process, all you are going to get is containers of sh!t. (I’ve got 2 containers on water right now- gotta have someone in country)

I've got it & love itUsing someone else's beautifully crafted rear-end parts on the trail?
I mean have you seen that expedition one bumper!
Using someone else's beautifully crafted rear-end parts on the trail?
That bumper is badass for sure. Wider than I wanted though so we just modded up a smaller one to accept the rear winch. Speaking of, we did use APG for the rear winch mount. Dimensions were tight on the sides and somewhat loose front to back, but the biggest thing is the powdercoat. Shit is garbage. You look at it crosseyed and it flakes off.Using someone else's beautifully crafted rear-end parts on the trail?
