Yes I still have dive as well. I am running the Kings a little on the soft side.... I also get some side wall squirm under hard braking that I do not like. I need to play with some pressures to see how I might change that if possible. I do not have any "shake" you are saying that is a different specific speeds... Not on different surfaces.... Interesting... do not like that...
The shake kinda comes and goes. It's tire shake for sure, just suprised the coopers do it. Sometimes it's in the seat, sometimes a nibble in the wheel, then sometimes smooth again

the unportaled BL over a 20 mile combined driving commute is getting 18mpg and the portal Bronco STRUGGLES to stay over 12! Cross country trips would definitely be challenging, and expensive!
Always tradeoffs... lol

Very odd... seat is rear and steering is front.... I know you know that I am just thinking out loud.... Just weird that is is one or both on the front... Probably one... and probably one on the rear. Does the rear (seat) happen at a different speed than the front (steering)???

IE... 45 mph seat... 65 MPH steering??? Because it is happening at different speeds it is sounding harmonic... which would be speed sensitive.

Well...here's how this deal goes if you have ever installed monster offroad tires. I mount/then balance, then whatever one gives me the most trouble balancing I put that on on the RR, However, I mounted/balanced these while I was still waiting for the portals and I can't 100% remember which one was the worst, but I had to rebalance the RR cause the weight hit the caliper and I am fairly sure that is my worst one. Which one went on the other rear? Not sure. Are there any good enough to be fronts? Can't remember, but I know they were hard to balance (as expected), and it's not really bad enough to make me wana start over. I did recheck the balance and they are good (in terms of mass), so it's runout, and tire companies will not warranty that, so I gotta live w/it. Still better than BFG!

I believe you know this stuff better than I do... I used to be very up to date and into it a long long time ago... Then I raised a family and I could not afford it. I am just getting back into it.

I was just thinking out loud. I understand everything you are saying here. I have a really bad habit of thinking out loud. I literally walk around talking to myself. If the little men in white coats see me I will probably be going away for a long time. You are someone I want to throw questions at.... I want to learn everything I can from you.

Evening,
So drove it to work and the ride is a little surreal. The rack is definitely a little stiffer but responsive. On the stock rubber it feels almost the same but with little differences. The 🦊 are nice. I hit a 35 35 mph speed bump and it might have taken it better than the Braptor!!
Drove in the highway, doing, hypothetically of course😁, 80 and was great! Was ready for, well not sure but was able to drive with two fingers on the wheel. Tracked really well. Was very surprised. She is at the shop for the front end alignment and to mount the 40's with the Ford Bead Locks.
Probably only put 30 miles in it so not much to report.
Excited for the new rubber, but would have like to have some more time in stock for comparison. Getting old rubber back and I am on the look out for stock rims to have back up, we shall see.

Exactly what I was hoping to hear!... I guess I am wanting confirmation that it is not me being overly excited. I am really really trying to be critical, trying to find issues while in my head..... Of course I am doing that out loud talking to myself as I have these thoughts (I try to make sure no one else is around to question my sanity).... The dive... okay it does seem like I have more dive under hard braking (and I have tried to lock them up.... ABS type lock up).... And yet I do not feel like I have significant roll when accelerating around a 270 degree on ramp.... That may be getting eliminated by the sway bars ... but yes... Speed bumps no longer exist... Pot holes... Sometimes I have to question if I really know my width... did I hit it? I thought I did... I am usually pretty damn good at knowing right where my tires are going to hit... I am starting to question it.... (sometimes) the ones I do feel are like so very minor... I have 35s on my truck... I feel those things... In this... Not really. I get enough notice that I hit it but I barley feel it....

So have you started to play with your resi valve settings.... You have two. I am having fun with just one....

Your good!!
As long as everything goes well tomorrow, I will be driving the crap out of it to test it. I don't think it has the nose dive like stock but again not much road time. I think there is less body roll to exiting the highway but I am still focused on just making sure everything is working right😆😆😆😆
I did everything my self and I think it's all good but never did anything like this before so I want to make sure she is solid before I go normal!!!!
Just need seat time to get the feel for her and what she is going to do.
My shocks were tuned by All Tech Motorsports. Not just the settings but the valving as well. I need to reach out and get exactly what they did and the settings. Never thought to ask..... So really want to put it through it's paces before I start playing with it that way I have a good baseline. Hell for I know it could be perfect but as you know it's all so subjective and especially with the foxes because you have the high speed low speed and they do affect each other somewhat I would think it's a lot of variables!
I forgot to mention my local dealer just did my oil change in a bunch of recalls on the Braptor and I asked again about putting the Ford performance tune on this one cuz everyone is said no. They brought out their head tech and I talked to him said they're good to go so I'm hoping to schedule it in the next week or so but it's the same thing like with the tires I want to get a good baseline before I do that so I can really see if there's a big difference or not.
I might try for scan for the Speedo and see what that does. What did you do for the speedo or are you just winging it?

I am winging the speedo... been doing it for about 14 years in my truck so it seems second nature. I can tell I am just a few below where it should be... 2 to 3 at 35 to 40.... 5 to 6 on the freeway.

Talked the wife into going out for a long drive this weekend... It will be her first ride in it. 😁
going to head off to some really easy trails in the Owyhees.

Nice,
Funny, I was driving today and for a second had a brain fart thinking "oh shit, the speedo is off". Then I remembered tires are still the same size so all 😅😅😅

weird now that I think of it... not sure why my speedo is so close to correct.... Should not be. Unless all the traffic around me started moving way faster than they ever have before....

Maybe it is a conspiracy and they are all messing with me????
