I'm rocking SL rated 33s for the past two vehicles.

Knock on wood, no punctures yet.

As stated C rated are best.

Broncos are heavy, but not 3/4 ton or 1 ton heavy.

What 36/12.50r17 tire did you go with and how do you like it? I'm interested in that size.
Versatyre MXT/HD
36x12.5x17 it is a aggressive mud/rt tire looks great fits on sas
yes whirrs a bit at 80 and a little marbley feeling at very slow speeds yes a tad slicker than others rain and snow but dont overthink this.. the upside they wear great claw thru muck climb like goats ..fit lol and look fantastic and are under $300@ affordable
took about 1 week to get past the aggressiveness and now like it

the E's are for heavy Loads and Towing Loads ..... they are much Stiffer and Heavier No Need for that on a Bronco that isnt Rated for Towing like a F250 the C's or D's are really what you need to be looking at
diffacult to find tires i wanted ..so
got 36x12.5x17 e rated air to 34 on road 16 off road
happy now

There is no need for an E rated tire on a bronco…rougher riding/heavier/more $ and I don’t put much stock in “puncture“ proofing (not counting the original BFG all terrains or stock Sasquatch GYs)…Yokohama’s are great!
