With the raptor proving it is doable, what aftermarket components will I need for a 3-3.5" lift from SAS height without impacting geometry? I don't mind needing to buy from multiple manufactures. Anything out there yet or is it still a waiting game?

The Raptor has a completely different front end, so it's not comparable. It's not as simple as buying a lift kit to turn a regular Bronco into a Raptor. You can, but it's going to be a lot of work and expense.

The BRaptor has different lower control arms & axles. You won't get the same geometry out of a lifted SAS as the BRaptor has stock.

3” + SAS is doable and pretty easy...main thing is to do a nice quality diff drop, the CV angle is already steep with factory SAS at full droop.

Just to be clear, are you wanting to go 3"-3.5" above Squatch height? There is not an adjustable coilover available that will give you that much height. You would probably need a combination of coilover + spacer lift to go that high and then diff drop, uca, rear track arm and rear lower links.

Now, if you are wanting 3-3.5" above stock height that is achievable with any of the available adjustable coilovers and would give you enough lift to run 37's with out rubbing. Skip the added spacer lift and the diff drop but add the uca, rear track arm and rear lower links.

If wheeling hard or rock crawling, some other parts to consider are the BroncBushing, to better keep the steering rack engaged, and possibly some upgraded inner tie-rods (or at least keep a spare stock inner tie-rod with your recovery gear)
