Thanks for the pics. I can't fathom owning anything but a 2dr, even with some of the inconveniences.

I've been driving smaller cars for years as a commuter. Though the fuel efficiency is a little crappier than anticipated I'm beyond stoked after parking next to this beast.

I'm no longer commuting and wanted something a little bigger and was worried the 2 door would leave me wishing I went with the 4 door. Now that I have seen and sat in the 2 door and the 4 door I'm happy with my choice. Cannot wait.

Here's a Wildtrak Area 51 next to a Mini Clubman for size reference.

As I’ve said before here, on 7/13/2020 I was actually angry they offered a 4-door Bronco. No such thing! Sacrilege! I reserved a 2-door and maintained my rigid dogma for months. Seeing pics over time of the 4-door led me to like the looks of both. I was still sticking with 2-door though until I decided to switch to soft top, and by then it was very easy for me to go 4-door. I’d still be pretty damn happy with a 2-door but now really solid on wanting a soft top, not just for earlier delivery reasons.

I am very nostalgic for the 2-door and initially felt the 4-door concession was only going to attract bandwagoneers who aren’t TRUE BRONCO COOLS like me. But now the 4-door looks like the perfect next Bronco. My family and friends will enjoy getting in and out, I’ll have a little more room in the back for gear and dog, and the soft top looks GREAT. The 4-door is a modernized early Bronco sprinkled with just the right amount of Scout II.

One other thing I saw discussed was the speed of the window drop/rise when opening/closing the doors. Like my VW, it doesn’t clear fast enough when opening, but does a good job when closing.

This vid is a little shaky but you get the idea.

Never a thought for 4dr here, 2dr only. I saw my first one in person yesterday, and it is better looking in person than in all the pics. I took a couple of pics and then looking at them thought that they do not capture the look that it has in person. This is a pre-production BL SAS. Also, the 35" tires look better, and more correctly proportional, live than in any pics.

I think some trim levels look better in 2-door for sure. Base and Outer Banks do, to me.

Aesthetically they look better, but a 4 door will drive better and feel more stable.
Wondering what you're comment is based on. Yes, if hauling ass through the desert the longer wheelbase will handle the whoops better than a shorter wheelbase. On the road I don't see any difference. On trails, the shorter wheelbase with be better in most situations. I love it that the 2dr has a 100.4" WB. The Wranglers had the same WB as a CJ7, through the YJ and TJ (up to 2006) and now have a 96.8" WB, still 4" shorter then the Bronco. I've been driving Jeep Cherokee XJ's for 28 years with a 101" WB which has always worked better than the Wranglers and popularly considered an ideal wheelbase for off roading.

Anyway, you posted a 4dr is better comment in a 2dr love fest, so back it up. Or just ignore and we'll go on with our "2drs are great" comments. ;):giggle:
