10AT - 2-3 shifts "issue"

I could not find a search hit for this issue, but it does not mean there is one?

2nd gear seems to be mismapped. If in Manual mode, the transmission does not seem to switch from 1 to 2 smoothly. The rev match does not seem to happen. Same with 2 to 3 at times.

Furthermore, in second, there are times when you are 'fluttering' (feather, power, feather, power) the power, that it will act like it is flood with a big hesitation.

I may not be describing this well. I drive Normal and Eco a lot, so not sure if this is related to the mode.

Has anyone seen this issue, or better still cured it?

Thank you. I am watching a video now on resetting the Transmission TBM now. I may try that first.

Is there somewhere I could look up these TSB's? I have really abrupt 2-3 shifts under normal acceleration and am curious to see if they mention anything like this.
