I’m looking to turn my 2 dr into a one seater for a weekend. How do I keep the computer from freaking out when I disconnect the front passenger seat’s wiring harness?

Buy a replacement belt buckle and plug it into the harness. It's what I did when I removed my back seats, rather than disassembling the belt buckle from them - I left them as-is and just bought a new belt buckle that has the harness plug....plugged it in, all good.

These are part # for the back left and back right. But honestly, it doesn't make any difference which one you order. The plug is exactly the same and that's the part you are concerned about.

Too late. Just left his house with 3 new seats don't blame the upper decker on me tho..

lol no worries it's an old tracking number from last year; I think tracking only lasts for a couple months before it gets removed from their system
