‘24 Big Bend come pre wired?

Can anyone tell me if this is wiring for a trailer hitch? Bought my big bend a few weeks ago and noticed this today? Was going to buy a hitch/wiring kit soon.

All 24's come pre-wired
They just don't have the module or the hitch from the factory. That needs to be added after the fact.
