  1. How to find my Bronco's production number?

    Actual/official build date was 10/4/22
  2. Recall Notice on MIC top received

There's limited information on this recall so far, but I would assume the small hairline cracks that most people see, wont be apart of this. I think this is going after much larger cracks which cause delamination to the point where chunks may start flying off. But we will see.

  4. Key fob configuration and key fob sensing

If by key fob sensing, you’re referring to the capability to just touch the door handle to unlock the vehicle without ever touching the key fob, yes. The door latch opening. The window doesn’t drop until you actually pull the handle.
  5. Key fob configuration and key fob sensing

I know there’s separate wiring for the captive touch sensors on the handles, but I forgot to try it. I’ll do it in the morning and report back.
  6. Safety Recall 26S09 / 25V540 (Blank Screen) completed with OTA Update SYNC-26.2.4.11

More than likely, yes. If you want it removed, you can always have your dealership contact SSSC. They should be able to remove from the system completely once proof is shown it was actually completed.
  7. Adding Hero Switches for Aftermarket Lockers

The factory hero “switches” in the bronco aren’t actual switches, It’s a module. So I don’t see a plausible way of making them work for something else.
  8. Driver side window stolen with heater.

There’s not. Descriptions on sites like that are always inaccurate
  9. Infotainment recall download automatically?

I just looked, the FDRS software for 26S09 is available for all model years now. So I would bring it to your dealership and have them perform the update manually.
  10. Infotainment recall download automatically?

Probably going to need to bring it to your dealer so they can physically update the APIM. Depending on your MY, they may not have the software for this recall yet, but it will fix the issue with it not being able to turn the automatic updates on.
  11. Driver side window stolen with heater.

Looks like the whole motor was ripped out also, so just the glass won’t help unfortunately. The motor is available separately also though, just hard to tell what all has been exactly damaged from the picture.
  12. Fluid leak near the rear main seal - Fixed

Rear main leak is somewhat common on 2.7/3.0, so probably that. The other thing just looks like a typically casting imperfection, not a crack.

  14. Infotainment recall download automatically?

It will send it eventually. OTA updates are rolled out, so you never know when you’ll get it.
  15. New recall (26V236)? POSSIBLE THAT THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SPLINES OR TRANSFER CASE INPUT SHAFT SPLINES HAVE BECOME WORN OR DAMAGED

It is well documented on here. Numerous people with the same concern who had it fixed after getting the rear driveshaft replaced, including me. There is not any actual Ford documentation on this though, so you’re just going to have to explain the issue to them and that you’ve seen multiple...
  16. Driver Side of Dual HVAC - no heat

Removed the actuator, and make sure the door still moves correctly. If it does, replace the actuator. If the door doesn't move correctly, the whole HVAC housing will need to come out and be disassembled. Not really. Even to simply replace the actuator, the workshop manual says the whole dash...
