  1. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

The data they collect is not that specific. They aren’t collecting specific gear, RPM or anything to calculate real time clutch slippage. Mainly just typical driving data like acceleration, braking, and steering based off accelerometers in the vehicle, use of driver assist features, seat belt...
  2. Fast idle and "clunk" shifting into reverse or drive. Is this normal?

That’s pretty normal. The higher the rpm, the harsher the transmission engagement is going to be.
  3. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

Yeah all of that would be great data if it was stored somewhere accessible to dealerships/technicians. But like I mentioned above, if it doesn’t set a code (which a slipping clutch 99% of the time won’t) there is no freeze frame data to review or see. Even when it does store freeze frame data...
  4. Bronco Raptor Steering Wheel Swap w/ Functional Paddles -- DIY installation writeup

Don’t think you could do that even if you tried. Are you sure the column shrouds are back on correctly?
  5. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

There isn’t any stored data in the PCM unless it sets a code. If it does, then there is freeze frame data. There wouldn’t be any data for this. The dealer is correctly (whether people agree with it or not) basing the failure off known information that ford has supplied saying this is not a...
  6. Bronco Raptor Steering Wheel Swap w/ Functional Paddles -- DIY installation writeup

I don’t know the cut off. Or even if there actually is one. I just know none of the 21MY’s have the necessary wiring. So an early 22 may not also. The easiest way to see if you have the wires is to look at the clockspring connector. It needs to have the highlighted circuits in it.
  7. Bronco Raptor Steering Wheel Swap w/ Functional Paddles -- DIY installation writeup

Not on all broncos though. None of the 21’s have the necessary wiring in place for the paddles. I assumed all 22’s would because that’s when braptors came out, but it’s possible @seananigans Bronco was built earlier enough in 22 to also not have it.
  8. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

Yeah it’s for various vehicles, so it will show up under any model offered with a manual.
  9. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

No, it’s specifically for all regular manual transmissions. Doesn’t have any DPS6 information in it.
  10. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

No I don’t really know. I’ve never worked on one that had a slave failure.
  11. Clutch & Cylinder Failed at less than 900 miles. Dealer denied warranty claim

Bring it to a different dealer. Pretty common failure we’ve seen on here multiple times. Edit: NVM, I overlooked the clutch part somehow. If that’s burnt, there little chance you’ll get it covered. I thought it was just the slave cylinder.

  13. Can anyone verify Ford part # for base cloth seats?

That’s more than likely the case, but in terms of interchangeability, they’re identical.
  14. Can anyone verify Ford part # for base cloth seats?

M2DB-S62901-DC31Y8 and M2DB-S62901-DD31Y8 are both M2DZ-7862901-DB. I’m assuming the DC is just an older number, because when I search it, it just reverts to DD.
  15. Can anyone verify Ford part # for base cloth seats?

There can be multiple engineering numbers for one service part number.
  16. What Is The Process For Accessing The Passenger Side Rearmost Body Mount Nut?

There really isn't a procedure for this in the workshop manual, and it's nothing I've had to deal with (thankfully lol) But looking at some of the diagrams in the workshop manual, you may be able to get to it by pulling some of the rear interior panels out
  17. Lost Lane-Keeping after OTA update for blank infotainment screen recall

Did you check the settings for it in the infotainment screen to make sure they’re turned on?
  18. How common are cracking issues on latest hardtops?

    Many. They won’t do that
