  1. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

Right on! I agree. I would love an aftermarket pan for the 2.7. I haven't even researched to see if anything viable exists as it's pretty low on my priority mod list for the Bronco and in a year or so I'm starting a new build project and will be diverting my time and money to that anyway.
  2. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

Thanks for the clarification. It sounds like you definitely felt something unusual when you tried the UPR plug. I did some more digging on this and this is what I found: Ford made a running change to the plastic oil pans and drain plug designs for late-build 2025 and newer 3.0L Bronco Raptor...
  3. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

Help me clarify a bit... in the other thread you stated that you bought the plug and installed it. It was a snug fit but went in place. Then you found it difficult to remove, so you removed it and returned it and assumed it didn't fit? But did it ever leak or cause an issue? Did you ever even...
  4. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

Interesting. I have a 2024 so I shouldn't have a problem at all anyway. The fit was perfect. What did they change about the oil pans in 2025? I don't think they changed the pans, just the plugs so there shouldn't be a reason they dont fit. Maybe @Ducati1098 can chime in?
  5. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

I'm not sure that is true. The UPR plugs still show they fit up to 2026 2.7s. They also make 5 different styles I think. I have a 2024 Wildtrak so I'm good to go.
  6. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

I did the 1st few changes at my mechanic just bc I was busy and lazy he uses Amsoil as his "house" oil. I did my own change yesterday(Amsoil signature series) for the 1st time and finally installed the UPR plug (#3025-4). It's very well made and should make life a ton easier down the road.
  7. UPDATE: Hardtops need to be redesigned! Cracking and bubbling on my second hardtop replacement

Looks great. This is what I'm going to do with mine as soon as the 3/36 is up.
  8. E50 Tune Unlocks Nearly 100 Horsepower in the 2.3L Bronco! Dyno Results Inside

The 2.7 already makes solid #s. Intake, charge pipes, larger intercooler and a tune and it turns into a beast. No, it's not nearly as fast as my X5M, other cars I've owned or many other cars on the road, but my Wildtrak is definitely fun to drive in a whole other way. It's weird to have to...
  9. E50 Tune Unlocks Nearly 100 Horsepower in the 2.3L Bronco! Dyno Results Inside

I don't think anybody says it's the fastest vehicle on the road or plans on racing it. Even a raptor is a snail in the modern vehicle world. But MOAR power is always better than less power. Also, why are you racing old ladies? 😂 Believe me I say it all the time to the classic car guys raving...
  10. E50 Tune Unlocks Nearly 100 Horsepower in the 2.3L Bronco! Dyno Results Inside

If we have to explain Smiles Per Gallon to a grown man at this point in time, it doesn't seem like something you'll ever understand.
  11. To keep or not keep is the question. (decal)

It's really sad. 90% of the Broncos I see in person or on this forum are filled and covered with cheap chinese plastic crap that just looks awful. Color matching nuts and bolts and caps and covers. Color matched trim rings. 74 different Bronco stickers and decals. It's awful. Amazon/AutoZone...
  12. Tube door Options

Didn't anyone ever teach you that if it has t*ts or tires, you're supposed to rent it?
  13. Tube door Options

It sounds like the doors work just fine and the woman is broken. Time to replace her with a newer model.
  14. We’re back in business!!

Great truck! Congrats! 1st order of business would definitely be peeling those stickers off. Velocity Blue is a great color.
  15. Went with the polished look for wheels.

EEE feet? You could waterski without the skis! 😂 I agree that there is a time and a place for chrome or polished wheels... and that time and place is not on a 6g bronco with black and grey metal bumpers, fender flares and roof. They don't look "retro" they look completely out of place...
  16. Went with the polished look for wheels.

Tell us you've never been to a car show without telling us you've never been to a car show. The amount of chrome or shine on a vehicle is directly proportional to the age of the owner, the lame jean shorts, tucked in t-shirt, kneesocks and white new balance sneaker crowd. Chrome and polished...

Yes. If you look at the description under "technical specifications" is shows the brand as putco
  18. Tailgate Molle panel (not table) recommendation?

I have the Ford one that I bought with Ford rewards points. No issues. Easy install. No rattles. It's all loaded up now but here it is after install.
