Honestly, my wife names her cars and I have never named a car until my X5M when my kid was watching something that had a German character named Klaus so the bimmer was named Klaus. When I picked up the Bronco, the kid said it was blue like Gonzo, which reminded me of Dr. Gonzo (Hunter S...
Yes. Didn't touch the tranny fluid or tranny in any way. Didn't touch anything at all other than to drop the skid, pull the plug, pop the top, change the filter and then button it back up.
2024 Wildtrak. 14k miles.
Did my 3rd oil change a few weeks ago. The first 2 were done at a buddy's shop and I confirmed that they didn't do the Priming process after the changes were done. Amsoil used. No issues.
I finally had some free time the other day I changed it myself. No issues. I...
Those numbers are misleading to the average consumer because most people don't put 10% down and most people drive more than 10k miles/yr. $0 down and 15k miles/yr brings that to nearly 700/month I'm guessing. And that's just a 50k vehicle. Again, these vehicles don't lease well at all.
Thanks. They're the best breed. I've had several and they never seem to make it past 10. It won't stop me from continuing to love them and get more of them. Absolutely the best breed.
Store it somewhere safe and prepare to put it back on after the novelty of the soft top wears off in a couple of months due to noise, cold or the first few break-ins.
Quite the opposite..I have respect for my kids, dogs and passengers and wouldn't expect them to have to contort themselves to climb into the tiny little back seat and then sit there trapped in a box without even the luxury of opening their own window.
Remember how this whole thread started...
That sounds awfully boomer-ish to me. Poor kid.
I get it though. You do get to a point where you want the local kids to have fun, just not at your expense.
My buddy has a really long gravel driveway that winds up the mountain to his house. He yells at his wife constantly to slow down on it...
Rarely am I all alone unless I'm headed into the office or running a quick errand.
I'm selective of who I spend my time with though.
My assertion was that if someone has friends, they wouldn't have a 2 door bc at some point in time they'd need the room. I guess that can be a reflection of...
I've seen people reading books and magazines at highway speeds way before the time of self-driving cars. I've seen someone eating a bowl of cereal. I've seen plenty of road-head and one time I saw a couple having sex. At least 2-3 times per month I see a woman putting make-up on and/or brushing...
When I'm rolling no doors, I pop the rear glass up and put the pup in the back. I've thought about getting some sort of harness and short tether and clipping him to the middle seatbelt but I think he'd hate that. I'm sure that I'll experiment with that type of setup at some point.
