There is also a 2.3 Ranger with the 57mm turbo, downpipe, and Zfg tune that is producing 440whp and 482 torque on E85 using a bigger fuel pump and injectors.

I would do it when you install a bigger turbo or when you get another tune, switch to E85.. or anything that will generate more power.

You will need a new driveshaft with that drivetrain (I have the 5.38s). With Spicer that is their 1350 driveshaft. The driveshaft you should buy is one from Adams driveshaft especially considering that you have a 2 door. Recommended that you search for Adams drive shaft here for more info...
