I mostly want to get roughly back the space lost by going from 33s to 35s. Iād rather skip doing a lift or adding spacers. From my novice reading of many threads for pages and pages, upgrading to Eibach SAS springs seems effective, safe and not too expensive (not sure on price though)...
Nice. Building a platform was my other option. Since I already bought the support mattresses from Deep Sleep I was hoping theyād work. Free and no work won out.
I was able to clip off enough of the video to give you a good look. I slept in it this way one night without a blanket (but fully inflated) and it was perfectly comfortable.
I installed the Ford drawer, which is really well made. I was able to load it with essentials that I might need along the path (recovery gear, first aid, lights). Two concerns:
1. Will I still be able to use my Deep Sleep mattresses. The answer is absolutely. Simply use the support pieces on...
I have a GearShade top. Stuffed a $10 comforter between the shade and soft top. Cuts down on highway noise a ton and easy to take off if I want to open the top.
Bonus⦠the actual sun shade is great. $200 all in.
Came down to Eruption Green, Cactus Gray and Velocity Blue. I chose before seeing all three in person on a Bronco. Iāve now seen them all and while Iām happy with CG, there wasnāt a wrong call. I know Area 51 is popular but itās the one color I saw in person and immediately ruled out.
I would...
Mine is rattle free and the Molle is great. Very solid and sturdy. No concerns about it holding up. Two things I donāt particularly like.
1. The table is small Compared to other models. Had I noticed this I might have chosen another model. You can see from the picture that the table stops a...
Highway noise is pretty bad. Fine up to about 60 MPH, but really ramps up from there. I added a comforter between my GearShade and the soft top. Helps a ton. I read posts saying the hard top isnāt much better (measured decibels) but find it hard to believe the difference is minimal. Hard top...
I use the dash. I donāt really care, my environmental contribution is driving less miles than 90% of everyone. At 1400 miles Iām still averaging only 16.
I was just shy of 300 and received an email from Granger today. Nothing from Ford. Iām stunned. I was waiting on MY23 to make changes and continue waiting.
This happened to me at the beach. Passenger front would hit the top up position and then very quickly retract all the way down. Went up/down multiple times before resolving somehow. Happened again last weekend, but just once. I will try the reset.
I bought Adams Advanced Graphene and plan to apply with only hand polishing since my Bronco is so new. Wash, clay bar, hand polish ($14 and lots of elbow grease), surface prep, apply. $130 all in.
I will use the Adams Graphene shampoo and other products to make it last as long as possible...
