  1. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

The Wagner unit is currently $799 + $40 shipping + tax. CV Fab is $859 (Use promo code "Fullspeed") for 5% off and you're at $817 out the door (No tax, no shipping)
  2. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

They're probably made on the same assembly line :) The biggest benefit going with CV Fab over Wagner is their lifetime warranty and price.
  3. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

Not currently. It’s something that’s being worked on, so when we have a solution I’ll update you all.
  4. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

Also, awhile back I purchased some stock Big Bend wheels and tires. I wanted to follow up to let everyone know what to expect performance wise after installing them. 2 tenths of a second improvement is what I saw in my Dragy data. Expected a little bit more, but not to bad at all.
  5. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

I've also had a protype CV Fabrication High Mount intercooler installed and now that it's finally out I can talk about it. It's pretty much the same as the Wagner unit, but less expensive. So far, I'm loving it and sometimes see IAT2/ACT2 temps approach ambient after a short pull. It takes a bit...
  6. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

I've been quiet for a bit, but that doesn't mean I'm not pushing on with the next round of performance mods. Long story short, In the beginning of this year I purchased some used OEM turbos from eBay and sent them over to TurboBay to do a full custom build. Larger compressor and turbine wheels...
  7. Test Drove a Badlands and Raptor Today :-(

I just got back from test driving a BRaptor and I honestly expected more for the cost. Don’t get me wrong, I love the looks, soft suspension and more supportive seats. I’m sure it’s next level off road, but for daily driving it wasn’t night and day as some owners say it is. In fact, it felt very...
  8. Ford, please. V8 Bronco

Not everything is forged. The pistons themselves are cast aluminum. That said, In 2021 and up 2.7L engines Ford added beefier pistons, piston oil cooling cooling galleries, and a more robust crank girdle. There's a sealed motor 2019 2.7L F150 with 650 WHP that has been running for the last 3...
  9. Test Drove a Badlands and Raptor Today :-(

2021-2025 are already cracked. No ECU swap required. https://www.tunedbyzfgracing.com/platform/2021-bronco-27l The BRaptor’s 3.0L is a great motor, but its OEM turbos are what separates it from the 2.7L. They flow a lot more air over the 2.7L’s OEM turbos so they have a lot more tuning...
  10. SPD Downpipes - sound, WOW

Yeah I would give it a try without them since you have great cats. If a CEL pops up, then just throw the spacers on.
  11. SPD Downpipes - sound, WOW

Most DPs come with spacers and most of the time you’ll need to install them to avoid a CEL. You only put the spacers on the downstream o2 sensors. Doing so has no effect on your AFR.
  12. High mount Intercooler and Radiator cooling for hidden winches

It does. Wouldn't be surprised if they were made in the same factory :)
  13. High mount Intercooler and Radiator cooling for hidden winches

It doesn't block the transmission cooler, which is more a fluid to fluid heat exchanger. It's located behind the stock location intercooler. I can say after having the CVF Prototype high mount on my Bronco since Jan of this year, coolant temps are no different then before. I do monitor mine...
  14. Thinking about Moving to a Tacoma (4th Gen)

Boring and bland has always been Toyota's truck problem IMO. I had a 2005 Tundra that I drove for 13 years and while it was a super reliable truck, it was like driving a kitchen appliance down the road. At the time, I didn't have much expendable income, so I'm glad I was driving the Toyota. I...
  15. 5.0 Coyote V8 engine swap kit for Bronco 6th gen now available

I love the low gearing and tight ratios, but once you hit 7th gear…well, that’s when the TRX you think you’re keeping up with starts to walk away šŸ˜‘
  16. F-150 Seat Swap into Bronco - DIY Thread

They don’t. The thought is to swap the rails from the Bronco to the F150 seat. Gonna have to weld them more than likely.
  17. 5.0 Coyote V8 engine swap kit for Bronco 6th gen now available

I actually love how the 3.0L sounds. It just takes some work getting there Still waiting for a BRaptor to sound this good ;)
  18. F-150 Seat Swap into Bronco - DIY Thread

Here are the 10-way power seat diagrams for both the Bronco and 18-20 F150 - thanks to @Ducati1098 Bronco F150 As you can see from above, the wire colors are the exact same. The placement is just slightly different. I needed to purchase a new Bronco seat wiring assembly like shown HERE...
  19. F-150 Seat Swap into Bronco - DIY Thread

Here are some pics of the frame rails. Bronco (Top) vs. F150 (Bottom) - quite a big difference
