As @Ducati1098 mentioned. You should never use anything other than E85 when the E85 tune is loaded. Also, you should never tow with one of ZFG’s tunes unless he makes a specific tow tune for you. Also, Adam can load your tunes onto the TDN network, so can flash tunes with your mobile phone...

Great teardown of a 2nd gen 2.7L from an F-150. Our Bronco 2.7 engine is very similar, except we have beefier pistons w/oil cooling galleries and few other things. Ford went the extra mile with this engine as it's an extremely robust design.

I’d skip the JB4 and go straight to either the Ford ProCal or a custom tune. While the ProCal doesn’t add quite as much power as the JB4, it offers better transmission shifting strategies and has less aggressive torque management; especially in 1st gear.
