Adding a resonator is key for a decent tone. I have the CVFab catback and like the way it sounds. Definitely much deeper than stock and pretty muted at WOT.
Long story short. I do not recommend removing the air box. You will see zero gains on the stock turbos and it will feel sluggish driving around town. I did some logging with the air box, without and no air box and no filter. Logs didnāt show a difference at WOT, but you can tell a difference...
Yeah thatās quite the predicament. Even though I use the app to flash tunes I still carry my laptop with me on long drives. Anyway, sucks that it happened and I hope that no damage was done to your Bronco.
As @Ducati1098 mentioned. You should never use anything other than E85 when the E85 tune is loaded. Also, you should never tow with one of ZFGās tunes unless he makes a specific tow tune for you.
